As a board certified psychiatrist, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, and offer a blend of psychotherapy with the option for medication management.

My therapy approach is grounded in psychodynamic, existential, and mindfulness theories. We will empathically explore and observe meaningful themes, memories, and pivotal points in your life that shape(d) who you are today.

My prescribing philosophy is minimalist, evidence based, and personalized. I believe in using medication thoughtfully, when it aligns with your values, and supports your healing. I also welcome medication skeptics and offer alternative approaches to treatment.

Seeing individuals ages 16+ in PA, NJ, and FL virtually. Option for occasional, in-person sessions in my Coopersburg, PA office.
